Product Warranty & Policies

Warranty Products:

Daycoa, Inc. offers Manufacturer’s Warranty on LED and Ballasts products.  Electronic Ballasts have a 5 year warranty from the date of invoice.  Please consult your sales representative for magnetic ballast warranty as they may vary from manufacturer. Most ballast that are reported as defective have been factory tested and the findings are almost always due to improper installation; which is NOT warranted. The warranty for all ballasts are limited to stamped date.  If there is a defect, please call our Customer Service at 1-800-543-7790 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the item back to us.  We will either issue you credit or send you a replacement, which ever you prefer. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Damages received in shipment:

Daycoa, Inc ships product by U.P.S., FedEx, and ground freight.  We deliver locally.
All in transit damage must be declared within five (5) days after receipt of product. The product must be received and signed for as damaged. An inspection must be requested and paperwork must be forwarded on to Daycoa Lighting who will file a claim on the customer’s behalf and Daycoa Lighting will ship a replacement(s) at no charge.


If the total amount of the product for replacement for either damage or defective is less than $50.00 a refund rather than replacement will be offered.  Refunds usually are processed with 5-10 business days.  If a credit card was used on the original purchase the refund will be applied to that credit card.

All sales are final on Special and Non-Stock Orders.  It is imperative that you speak to your Customer Service Representative whom will assist you to insure that you will order the correct product and is actually what you want.  The customer will be required to sign an affidavit stating they are aware that it is a special order and they will be liable for their invoice.  At times an exception is made on returning the product via the vendor.  The customer will assume the restock and shipping fees after being advised of the total amount.

General Shipping:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Shipping costs are calculated at the time of the purchase and are determined by weight and quantity. Should an order incur a backorder status, for product temporary “out of stock,” shipping cost will be added to the original shipment; thereby, having the back order shipped free.  Oversize boxes will incur additional shipping costs. If orders are over $1500.00, a customer may qualify for a reduced shipping charge.  Express or overnight orders must be placed by 10:00AM EST for next day delivery.  Please contact your Customer Service representative during our standard business hours (8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday EST)

All information is encrypted and is only available to a designated staff. Daycoa, Inc.
