Sales Terms and Conditions

Terms:  Open accounts are available for businesses that will use Daycoa, Inc. as a supplier.

  1. Upon completion of a Application for Credit, a credit report will be obtained from the
    reporting agency.
  2. Credit can not be extended to anyone with insufficient or unavailable information
  3. Initial open credit line is $200.00 U.S.D.
  4. Customers may also pay by credit card.

Returns:

In the event that you get your lighting product and are not satisfied or ordered incorrectly, the customer has Thirty (30) days from the day of invoice to return it to our Dayton location. Returns will not be accepted after Thirty (30) days from date of shipment.

  1. Returns may be assessed at a 25% restocking charge if the manufacturer accepts the return product. Product must be returned in NEW condition.  All returns will be at the customer’s expense.
  2. Returns for stocking product may be assessed a restocking charge.  All returns will be at the customer’s expense.

Freight Policy:

When product is direct shipped to the customer from the vendor, that shipment falls under the vendor’s freight policy and will be charged accordingly.

  1. Daycoa, Inc. ships using UPS FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight
  2. All freight is Pre-Pay and Add:  F.O.B. Medway, Ohio.
  3. All fluorescent tubes over 36 inches will be shipped with Safety Packing.
  4. The customer assumes all responsibility on shipments with product over 36 inches.
  5. A handling charge of $5.00+ for local delivery from Medway, Ohio will be applied to the order.
  6. Minimum shipments are determined by the product type.
  7. Second, Next day and Overnight shipments are available.
