Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
WBENC national standards of certification are implemented by the WBEC-SE
using a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and
on-site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the
business is at least majority (51%) owned, operated and controlled by a woman.
WBENC is the largest third-party service to certify Women owned and operated
businesses in the
United States
.
By including woman-owned businesses among their vendors, corporations
and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity
